4 September; UNAMID’s Human Rights Section and Police component at the Mission’s Team Site in Sortony, North Darfur, concluded awareness-raising campaign and training workshop for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) at the Sortony Gathering Site on human rights and combating violence against women in line with the National Action Plan on UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security.
