As we mark the Eid Al-Adha, on behalf of the African Union-United Nations Mission in Darfur, I wish the Government of Sudan, the Darfur Regional Authority and the people of Darfur a peaceful and joyous Eid.
As we celebrate this year's festivity, let us honour the contributions of all individuals who spare no effort in reaching out to others across Darfur in a spirit of social peace.
May this Eid help bring a lasting peace to the women, men and children of Darfur.
