The members of this organization, which is part of the Women Network Association, make and sell traditional pottery.Magda works in UNAMID since 2008 providing skills-based training and basic rights education to local stakeholders including government institutions, local leaders, Women’s Union and IDP communities. On 19 October UNAMID paid its last respects to the three Ethiopian peacekeepers who lost their lives in an attack by an unidentified group near Korma, North Darfur, on 16 October. The memorial ceremony took place at Mission headquarters in El Fasher, North Darfur, and was led by the UNAMID Force Commander, Lt.Gen.
