The United Nations – African Union Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID) mandate ended on 31 December 2020 following UN Security Council Resolution 2559, concluding over a decade of peacekeeping efforts to stabilize Darfur and protect civilians.

Addis Ababa 3rd March 2010 - The African Union Commission (AUC) and the United Nations Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID) on 13 April 2010 will bring together African businessmen and women to discuss business opportunities and procurement procedures with respect to the different procurement needs from both institutions.
