30 December; UNAMID Joint Special Representative (DJSR), Ms. Anita Kiki Gbeho (third right ) met with the Wali (Governor)of South Darfur, Mr. Musa Mahdi (third left) at the Mission’s Headquarters in Zalingei, Central Darfur. During the meeting,they discussed issues related to the Mission’s termination of mandate, cooperation between the Government of Sudan, local authorities and the Mission, during its drawdown phases as well as the handover of the Mission’s team sites and assets before its exit from Darfur.
