On 10 July 2018, some 30 rural court judges from remote localities in North Darfur concluded a two-day training supported by UNAMID Rule of Law Section, on adjudication and mediation.  The event, held in El Fasher, aimed at building the capacity of the judges on the use of mediation to settle inter communal conflicts, including land disputes.
