On 21 December, UN State Liaison Functions (SLFs) in collaboration with Sudan Judiciary handed over a District Court building to the Judiciary in Abukarinka locality, East Darfur. The project aimed at strengthening rule of law institutions, expanding formal judicial system and enhancing access to justice in the locality, especially for internally displaces persons and returnees.
