Displaced persons in Sortony, North Darfur, exhibit water rollers they received from UNAMID’s Child Protection Unit (CPU), during a recent visit to the area. CPU’s mission was aimed at increasing awareness about the importance of ending the recruitment of child soldiers. The water rollers will facilitate the access of the community, particularly children, to portable water, thus reducing the risk of diseases.
